New reporting and translation features (major product announcements!)
Some MASSIVE updates have been added to our platform this month at Operandio! We've been busy working away on giving our users more clarity into what's going on in their business through improved reporting, as well as enhanced usability with app translations.
Reports gets a BIG makeover
You may have noticed the new Reports section has started to roll out across Operandio. This will allow much better visibility across your completed jobs, the status of raised actions and the training status of your staff.
If you haven't already, you can access Reports through the Managers Hub dropdown in the main navigation bar.
We'll be continuing to make further updates and add features to this section, including flexible charts, new download and exporting functionality, as well as reporting for those using sensor hardware. Watch this 10-minute overview to see the new reporting area in action:
Translation options are now available
We'll be gradually adding in more translations to get better coverage of the platform over the coming weeks and months. Please get in touch with us if you have a language you would like to see supported within Operandio.

Catching bugs
A number of bug fixes have also gone live recently.
- 🧑 Fixed a bug where the Location filter within the People section was not filtering correctly
- 📌 Fixed an issue with jobs not remaining pinned when they moved to Awaiting Submission status
- 🚩 When an action was raised from a job step, tags applied to the action were not being saved - this has now been resolved
- 🌡️ We've had some reports that some users were unable to enter a negative number into the number input field on a mobile device (such as a negative temperature). A button to switch between negative and positive numbers should now be visible on all devices as shown below:
