New trigger event type and reminder notifications - Operandio

A couple of new updates in this release to help ensure your jobs get completed on time!

Triggers are now available for job creation events

Triggers now have a new Job Created event, so assigned users can receive notifications when a job becomes available for them to complete. The process for creating a trigger with a Job Created event is the same as creating any other event-based trigger — for more information on this, refer to our help article that will walk you through the steps.

Reminder notifications

When creating a schedule for a job, you can now enable reminder notifications to alert assigned employees when it's coming due. Employees will then get a single reminder notification that is calculated based on the available time they have left to complete the job. Soon, you'll be able to create multiple reminders for a specific number of days or hours in advance of the due time.

Reminders can be enabled for Recurring, Ad hoc and One off schedules - you'll just need to make sure your schedule has a Due time for this option to be available.

And some further improvements...

🚀 The team has continued to implement significant upgrades to our virtualisation and data loading system. This has resulted in even better performance, the application should now be lightning fast and at least double the speed and power than before!
