December 2023: Custom Scoring

Just in time for the New Year, we've added custom scoring to our audits. This means you can now assign specific score values for any supported response types.

With this new feature, you can assign higher or lower scores (even negative ones!) to each of the responses in a step so you can weight different aspects of your audits to better fit what's important to your business.

It's easy to access custom scoring when creating or editing an audit:

1. Select a supported response type. The current supported response types are:

  • Number rating (1 to 5)
  • Number rating (1 to 10)
  • Yes, No
  • Yes, No, N/A
  • Pass, Fail
  • Compliant, Not Compliant

2. Enable the Custom scoring condition on the step

In the Conditions section of the step, enable the Custom scoring toggle and enter the score you want to use for each of the available responses. If you want any responses not to count towards the final step score, you can select the No score toggle.

That's all there is to it! These custom scores will then be reflected in your reports when an audit is submitted.

If you have any questions or feedback on the custom scoring feature, please get in touch with us at support@operandio.com and let us know.

May 2023: Multiple Schedules for Your Processes

Introducing a powerful new addition to your Operandio processes - multiple custom schedules per process.

You can now create any number, and any combination of recurring, one-off & ad-hoc schedules, start, due, end day/times, locations, people & areas of work.

This highly flexible & granular control of process schedules is really useful for processes that:

  • Run multiple times per day at your locations, for example, restroom cleaning morning, midday and afternoon
  • Run multiple instances in parallel, for example, 30 x weekly go-kart inspections
  • Run at a different start, due & finish time on weekends, for example, open & closing checklists
  • Are assigned to different areas or people at the same or any combination of locations
  • And no doubt much more...

We've also made improvements with the ability to set due at and available until days/times hours or days into the future.

Multiple schedules are really easy to set up through the Managers Hub > Job Manager area. Get in touch if you'd like a run-through!

July 2022: Export to PDF

We've added a handy export to PDF function to jobs. While working with the live system is usually best, sometimes you just need to save or share job output through other channels. Great for your ad hoc incident reports, stock order forms, audit & review results, and more.

Exporting to PDF from any job

When viewing a job, expand the More information area and click the PDF button.

Exporting from Ad Hoc jobs

In addition to the method above, once any ad hoc job has been completed an Export PDF button appears in the footer. Click the button to export to a PDF.
