Your location logos will show in-app, on PDF exports, and on kiosk device login screens.

You can still set your company logo as before, used on global pages, and as a fallback when no location logo is present.

Select the Make private option to restrict access to members or full administrators for Jobs, Knowledge Base Categories, Articles + more.

Only existing members with permission or full administrators can add other users to private areas of work.

We've also created a new option Hide from kiosk devices. Any member of an Area of Work with this option selected won't be listed on Operandio kiosk mode devices.

This update includes stability updates to the photo submission step camera function for low connectivity settings.

We've launched a filter within the Communications Hub, enabling you to filter Comms Posts, as well as Unresolved & Resolved Action Items by location and Area of Work.

This is especially helpful for large, multi-site venues that need to drill down to specific location items within the Communications Hub.

We've added email notifications to your Operandio Actions!

Firstly, it's now a lot easier to raise an action within Operandio directly from your Dashboard. There is a new quick link visible on desktop, tablet and mobile devices:

Secondly, you will not get an email notification when someone assigns an action to you, comments or marks an action resolved. You will only get notified for actions you are linked to either directly or via your areas of work.

If you need to - you can manage your notification preferences through the Settings > Your Notifications area.

Action items are now much more usable so we hope you make the most of the latest improvements across your business today!
