šØ White labeling, smarter safety workflows, and more control over chat
Operandio has released a new round of updates focused on making the platform feel like your own, keeping safety workflows moving and giving teams more control over communication - plus a batch of smaller enhancements and fixes.
šØ White labeling is now part of the core platform
White labeling is now included in the core platform for every customer. Branding the platform with your own logo and colors used to require a separate white labeling add-on - an extra upgrade just to make Operandio look and feel like your own.
Organizations can now apply their own logo and colors without a separate upgrade. For example, a hotel group can put its own branding in front of staff from day one, so the platform feels like an in-house tool rather than a third-party product.
You'll find branding options in Settings > Company.
š Skip logic for reports in Hazards & Incidents
Stages within report templates in Hazards & Incidents can now be skipped automatically when conditions you set are met. Certain stages didn't always apply to every situation - an escalation step, for instance - but they still had to be worked through or skipped by hand.
Operandio now lets editors set conditions on individual stages in a report template and skips a stage automatically when its conditions are met. For example, an incident workflow can skip its escalation stage automatically when an issue is resolved at the first level, so staff only ever see the steps that apply to them.
You'll configure this on the stages of the report in the template editor.
š¬ More control over Chat
We've added several additional features within Chat to help staff and admins manage their communications. Previously, admins have had no way to oversee conversations they weren't part of, and members couldn't tidy up their messages or close out a chat once it had run its course.
All users can now search within a conversation to find what they need, delete their own messages, and archive an entire chat when it's finished.
Admins can now see and manage any chat, even ones they aren't a member of, and assign chat admins to individual conversations so the right people can keep each one in order. For example, an area manager can step into a venue's group chat to check a handover.
