🚀 Introducing the new Operandio Global Dashboard - Operandio

We’re excited to introduce the new Global Dashboard - a major upgrade designed to give your organization greater visibility, stronger control and a more centralized way to manage operations across all locations.

The Global Dashboard brings all key data into one place, helping managers and head office teams make faster, more informed decisions.

To help you get familiar with everything that’s new, we recommend watching the short video introduction we’ve prepared. It provides a guided overview of the dashboard’s layout, features, and navigation.

Global Banner - Enhanced branding & personalization

The new Global Banner allows you to apply your organization’s branding across the dashboard. This creates a more personalized experience for your teams and helps visually unify all locations under your business identity. Logos, colors, and themed visuals can now be incorporated for stronger recognition and engagement.

Attention Items - Centralized priorities in one place

The Attention Items area consolidates all critical items requiring your attention. Instead of checking multiple locations, you’ll now see a single list that may include:

Actions due or overdue
Communications requiring responses
Incident reports needing follow-up
Other high-priority alerts

This ensures all important updates are visible immediately.

Campaigns - Promote key business initiatives

The Campaigns section enables you to highlight ongoing or upcoming initiatives. Whether it’s a promotional event, safety campaign, seasonal update, or internal engagement effort, this section helps communicate key messages consistently across your organization.

Campaigns will also be visible on the login screen of your kiosk devices as well — just make sure you’ve got the latest version of the Operandio app.

Quick Links - Faster access to what you need

Quick Links let you pin essential tools and resources for one-click access. You can link to both internal Operandio areas and external services like HR, payroll, rostering tools, policy documents, or internal portals.

Recent Activity - Real-time operational visibility

The Recent Activity panel shows a live feed of staff actions across your business, such as completed tasks, audit submissions and training updates. This section offers a real-time snapshot of what is happening on the ground.

People - Highlight key contacts

The People module allows you to feature important staff members and key contacts within your organization. It ensures everyone knows who to reach out to for support, escalation, or guidance, improving communication and clarity.

Content Blocks - Flexible communication

With customizable Content Blocks, you can upload your own:

Videos
Images
Text

These blocks give you the freedom to tailor content, share announcements, celebrate achievements, or highlight essential information in formats that best suit your organization.

Communications Module - Stay connected across locations

The Communications module summarizes recent messages, posts, and updates from staff across all locations. It helps you stay informed, engaged, and aware of what teams are discussing or reporting.

For You - Personal progress overview

Within this area, staff can view summaries of their training progress, required accreditations, and recently accessed items. This makes it easy for employees to pick up where they left off and stay on top of their learning requirements.
